- You must message customers only with their consent and follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta’s terms.

01The agreement
These terms are an agreement between Be12 Media, Chennai, India (“we”) and the business that creates a Be12 CRM workspace (“you”). By creating a workspace or using crm.be12media.com you accept these terms and our Be12 CRM Privacy Policy.
02Accounts and users
You are responsible for the people you invite to your workspace, for keeping logins secure and for activity under your workspace. Tell us at once at mk@be12media.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
03Acceptable use
You must not use Be12 CRM to send spam or unsolicited messages, harass anyone, send illegal content, or break any law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
When you connect WhatsApp, you must follow the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the Meta Platform Terms. In particular you must have each customer’s opt-in before sending them WhatsApp messages, and you must honour opt-out requests. Be12 CRM includes opt-in records, opt-out handling and sending limits to help you comply, but compliance remains your responsibility.
04Your data
You own the data you add to or connect with Be12 CRM. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide the service to you. You confirm that you have the right to use the personal data you upload or connect, and the consent your customers have given.
05Fees
Paid plans are billed as agreed in your order or invoice. Message charges for the WhatsApp Business Platform are billed by Meta to your own WhatsApp Business Account.
06Availability and changes
We work to keep Be12 CRM available and secure, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may improve or change features. Connected services such as Meta are provided by their owners and may change their own rules or availability.
07Ending the service
You can close your workspace at any time. You can export your leads before you do, and on request we provide a full export. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms or the rules of a connected service. After closure we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
08Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction. Questions: mk@be12media.com.
